Excellent insulation performance
FRP membrane housing. At room temperature, the thermal conductivity is generally in the range of 0.15 - 1.36W (m.k), about 1/200. Its adiabatic performance is incomparable with metallic materials. This characteristic is of great benefit to the reverse osmosis membrane in the membrane shell, and has little effect on the external temperature.
Outstanding corrosion resistance
The combination ratio of glass fiber and epoxy resin is specially cured to form a natural anti-corrosion product. The inner surface is smooth and the coating has good stability to low concentration of acid, alkali, salt, oil and other solvents. The seawater and microorganisms in the shell can be effectively suppressed. Long term use is not corrosive.
Structural design
Strict laying design and optimized calculation details are adopted to ensure the structural safety of the drum body, head and notch of the membrane shell, and the structural safety and stability under long-term pressure are ensured.
The optimized design of the concentrated water side opening can satisfy the necessary safety pressure of one head with four side opening, and enhance the variability in the installation process.
Reliability of components
The end plate is an important component of the membrane shell assembly. The end plate of our company is made of fiber reinforced plastic. It has high strength, high pressure resistance and high pressure impact resistance.
Sealing design is specially designed "V + X" ring with O type end plate seal ring to ensure that it drips at low temperature and high temperature range.
The sealing design of the side opening is a combination of L-shaped drum-shaped gaskets, which ensures that the side opening nozzle has a better sealing effect in the case of angle deviation.
The fastening of the side opening is made up of the upper and the tight mother, which makes it more adjustable.
Referring to the actual ASME aluminum alloy plate, the outer ring aluminum alloy block is distributed in the groove, locking nut control and aluminum plate around, so that the pressure is safer.
